Joy has for-profit and non-profit experience, providing her strategy, marketing, and operations expertise and experience to the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) and real estate/land use/development industries, where she guides individuals and teams to personal and professional fulfillment.
She earned an MBA and a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis. She is fellow and active member in SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services), currently serving as a trustee on the SMPS Foundation board and on the DEI committee. Joy is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) through SMPS and Certified Martha Beck life coach.
